Roots was born on November 30th, 2011 in a car, hours later transferred to a sketch book and months later nurtured through the world wide web.
Every idea begins with an inspiration somewhere. Mine began after watching a movie, 7am Arivu. In retrospective, I realized upon publishing this blog that, I'd always had interest in Hinduism and other related issues since young. I just didn't know where to look or who to ask and when I do ask, the answers didn't satisfy me. The seed of root made me a seeker and now I can't seem to be able to stop searching. Then I wanted to share.
Indians in many corners of the world have forgotten their roots, abandoned their culture & tradition and betrayed their own mother tongue. This is a sad reality. Roots' only humble aim is to share forgotten and untold knowledge, culture, tradition, history, mystery of Hinduism while relating science and logic wherever possible. Where it's not possible, I'll leave it up to you to have your own stand.
Roots believe that only one Root can strengthen another.

ReplyDeletea good thirst that lead to "root" . truth about our existence, (Soul, physical body, Earth) doesn't come from a single source. its a culmination of many encounters through out our lives at various stages that triggers a "thirst".
ReplyDeleteGood start, God bless you Jivanti...
